Top 10 happiest cities in the United States

In July, the Wall Street Journal reported a new study from Harvard professor Edward Glaeser, Vancouver School of Economics professor Joshua Gottlieb and Harvard doctoral student Oren Ziv has Shreveport-Bossier City ranked as the third-happiest city in the United States trailing Lafayette (No. 1) and Houma (No. 2). In fact, the study’s top five cities are from Louisiana including Baton Rouge (No. 4) and Alexandria (No. 5)

This study, obviously, looked at different factors. It reportedly used data called the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System. The data was then adjusted it for age, sex, race, income and other factors.
