Cyber Security Network Administrator

This position is for a Cyber Security Network Administrator at the Cyber Innovation Center (CIC) in Bossier City, LA and is responsible for the application of analytical processes to the planning, design, and implementation of new and improved cyber security architectures to support DoD, commercial and research information systems to meet the business requirements of customer organizations. Additionally, this position is responsible for the planning and coordination of testing, operations, systems solutions, and maintenance of server security hardware and software systems to minimize interruptions and ensure network integrity.

Software Programmer Developer

This position is for a Software Programmer Developer at Cyber Innovation Center (CIC), Collaborative Environment Division, in Bossier City, LA. The position will require handling a wide range of tasks. Employee must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time. This person must be exceptionally well organized, flexible, and enjoy the challenges of supporting and working with government employees and programs. Responsibilities associated with this position include building, designing, developing, and implementing the use of software with artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities to handle high-volume, repeatable tasks (i.e., Robotic Process Automation systems). The position will also require reviewing code and providing expertise in the integration of systems, configuration of new processes with automation tools and documenting the automation procedures.

Event Support Contractor

This position is for a part-time event support contractor at Cyber Innovation Center (CIC) in Bossier City, LA. It will require handling a wide range of events support related tasks. Worker must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

In this position, you will interact with staff and event guests (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure. Remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail are equally important.
